Our clinicians work in real-world environments—including clients’ homes and community settings—to support functional progress in communication, executive functioning, social interaction, and independence.

We believe therapy is most effective when it occurs where life actually happens. Our collaborative team values creativity, autonomy, and practical outcomes that empower clients to succeed in school, work, and community participation.

Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. This role focuses on providing functional, individualized therapy to teenagers and adults in their homes and community settings. The ideal candidate enjoys flexible environments, real-world problem solving, and building meaningful relationships with clients and families.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, cognitive-communication, and social communication evaluations for adolescents and adults
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on functional goals and real-life participation
• Provide therapy in home and community settings (e.g., home, school transition environments, vocational settings, community locations)
• Address areas such as executive functioning, pragmatic language, social communication, cognitive-linguistic skills, and functional communication
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals when appropriate
• Document sessions and progress in accordance with professional and insurance standards
• Educate clients and families on strategies to support communication and independence in daily life
• Maintain ethical and evidence-based clinical practices

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) for the state of Idaho
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with adolescents and/or adults with developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong interest in functional, in-home and/or community-based therapy
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
