- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
 - Excellent verbal communication skills
 - Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
 - Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer use
 - Flexible schedule availability, including evenings/weekends
 
 Technology Requirements (MANDATORY to begin work): 
- Windows 11 desktop or laptop 
 - Minimum 16 GB RAM 
 - No Chromebooks or Apple devices
