Location: Aurora, CO 80013 (E. Columbia Ave)
Contract Duration: 20 Weeks
Schedule: 3 Days/Week | 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
Total Hours: 22.5 Billable Hours per Week

Compensation

• Local Rate: $48.00 – $60.00 per hour

• Travel Rate: $50.00 – $67.00 per hour
  (Includes tax-free stipends for eligible candidates)

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a qualified and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a part-time, school-based role supporting the 2025–2026 school year in Aurora, Colorado. This opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking a consistent 3-day work schedule while making a meaningful impact on student communication, learning, and academic success.

The Speech-Language Pathologist will manage a school-based caseload, delivering evaluations, direct therapy services, and collaborative IEP support in alignment with educational best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct Therapy: Deliver speech and language therapy services in accordance with students’ Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).

• Evaluations & Assessments: Conduct screenings and formal evaluations to determine eligibility and identify student needs.

• IEP Participation: Lead and participate in IEP meetings, develop measurable goals, and document progress accurately.

• Collaboration: Partner with teachers, parents, and special education staff to support communication goals within the classroom environment.

Required Qualifications

• Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required

• Licensure: Active Colorado Speech-Language Pathology license

• Education Credential: Active Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certificate
  (Candidates with a pending CDE application may be considered)

• Experience: Prior school-based experience preferred
