Position Summary
The Bilingual Office Manager is a key member of the facility leadership team and serves as the primary owner of site-level Human Resources, payroll coordination, compliance, and administrative operations. This role acts as the on-site HR leader and culture ambassador, ensuring operational excellence, regulatory compliance, and a positive employee experience while partnering closely with the Corporate HR team.
Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources & Employee Experience
- Serve as the primary on-site leader for all Human Resources functions and act as the main liaison with the Corporate HR team
- Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting coordination, onboarding, orientation, and offboarding
- Conduct new hire orientation and provide benefits orientation
- Administer employee recognition and engagement programs
- Supervise team members supporting HR and Payroll functions
Payroll & Administrative Oversight
- Ensure payroll is maintained daily, reconciled weekly, and submitted accurately
- Prepare hand checks and maintain the facility check register
- Prepare and distribute daily hours and required operational reports
- Manage office operations, vendors, supplies, and purchase orders
Compliance, Safety & Risk Management
- Coordinate Workers’ Compensation administration
- Lead site safety and injury prevention programs
- Maintain regulatory and compliance records
- Ensure completion of all mandatory and regulatory training
Training & Development
- Coordinate and oversee site training and development programs
H-2A Program Administration
- Serve as the site lead for the H-2A program and ensure compliance
Additional Responsibilities
- Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong computer proficiency, including advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ADP and other HRIS Systems is required.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability
- Prior experience in Human Resources and payroll functions
- Experience supporting safety and compliance programs
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- Strong judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong organizational and people leadership skills
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required

Supervisory Responsibilities: HR administrative staff
