We are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to lead and manage infrastructure and site development projects across water, wastewater, transportation, and stormwater sectors. This role will involve both strategic planning and hands-on execution, overseeing budgets, schedules, and multidisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate will bring proven project leadership, strong technical skills in Civil 3D, and the ability to manage clients, contracts, and deliverables in a fast-paced consulting environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage civil engineering projects across wastewater, potable water, stormwater, and transportation sectors
- Oversee site design and layout for public and private sector developments, ensuring adherence to regulatory and environmental standards
- Coordinate with internal design teams and external stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and work plans
- Oversee preparation of construction documents, plans, and reports
- Interface with clients regarding technical and contractual aspects of each project
- Ensure quality control and risk management practices are upheld
- Contribute to strategic planning and resource allocation within the civil group
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (BSCE) required
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required
- 8+ years of progressive experience in civil engineering, including project management
- Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience in utility planning and design (water/wastewater/stormwater), transportation design, and site development
- Demonstrated success managing project contracts, deliverables, and multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
