Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A full-time, onsite contract opportunity is available for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for the 2026/2027 academic year, working exclusively on school campuses in the Wyoming, DE area. This position focuses on supporting positive behavior interventions and collaborating closely with dedicated school staff.
Key Qualifications:
- Current active DE BCBA licensure/certification is required
- Demonstrated school-based experience, particularly working with students with severe disabilities and autism
- Strong background in crisis intervention, de-escalation strategies, and participation on crisis teams
- Experience conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and developing robust Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Effective communicator and team player, comfortable collaborating on IEP behavior goals and with multi-disciplinary school teams
- Ability to provide guidance and behavioral support to school staff and students
- Reliable transportation for daily onsite attendance
- Available for full-time (37.5 hours/week), Monday–Friday schedule during the 26/27 school year
Core Responsibilities:
- Participate as an integral member of the crisis response team
- Complete comprehensive Functional Behavioral Assessments
- Develop and implement individualized Behavior Support Plans
- Work with educational teams to establish behavior goals for students’ IEPs
- Support accurate data collection tied to behavior strategies
- Provide expertise and guidance to enhance staff capacity in managing student behaviors
