A well-established landscape construction company is seeking a motivated and driven construction professional ready to take the next step in their career! This is an excellent opportunity for a current Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, or Associate Project Manager, preferably with landscape construction experience, though candidates from related trades such as concrete, site development, civil, grading, or specialty construction are also encouraged to apply, who is eager to lead full-cycle construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate landscape construction projects from pre-construction through closeout
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Manage project budgets, track costs, and oversee billing and documentation
  • Collaborate with field teams and ensure work meets quality, safety, and schedule expectations
  • Review contracts, submittals, and plans to ensure project compliance and efficiency
  • Identify and resolve project challenges proactively to ensure successful delivery
  • Support estimating and pre-construction efforts when needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with all project stakeholders


What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in construction project management, project engineering, or assistant PM roles (experience in landscape, concrete, or site work preferred)
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, reading plans, and managing subcontractors
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with union labor, prevailing wage, and public agency documentation a plus
  • Proficiency in project management software (Microsoft Office, Procore, etc.)
  • Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
