The DNA Group is seeking a Program Analyst – Literacy Grants to support the management and closeout of a multi-year Comprehensive Literacy State Development (CLSD) Grant. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing program implementation, data collection and analysis, compliance monitoring, and the development of a final summative report that captures the grant’s impact. This role requires strong project management, communication, and data analysis skills, as well as experience with grant management processes.
Overview Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience with grant management processes, preferably federal grants.
• Attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in data analysis and development of digestible information for stakeholders.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Experience writing summative or evaluative reports for grants or large projects.
• Knowledge of instructional design practices, including program design strategies.
• Knowledge of educational evaluation practices and techniques.
• Experience balancing and prioritizing the needs of various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent experience.
