- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Prepare documents, reports, presentations, meeting materials, sales quotes, etc…
- Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conference calls, ensuring seamless logistics.
- Anticipate executive needs and proactively suggest solutions.
- Support special projects and assist with operational initiatives as needed.
