Soliant Education is seeking qualified and passionate Special Education Teachers for high school-level positions near Elverson,Pennsylvania. Immediate openings are available for the current school year, and interviews are also being conducted for the 20252026 school year.

Classroom Openings Available:

  • Autistic Support

  • Emotional Support

Position Overview:

  • Schedule: MondayFriday | 7:30 AM 2:45 PM

  • Caseload:

  • Autistic Support: Up to 10 students

  • Learning Support / Emotional Support: Up to 20 students

  • Instructional Model:

  • 5 instructional blocks per day

  • Mix of co-teaching in general education classrooms and push-in/pull-out support

  • At least one paraprofessional assigned to each classroom

  • IEP Responsibilities:

  • No major IEP writing duties required

  • Teachers will collaborate with a district-appointed IEP writer and provide progress monitoring and classroom data

  • Daily Structure:

  • 1 planning period per day

  • 1 duty-free 30-minute lunch

    pensation & Benefits:

  • Hourly Rate: $34$55/hour (rate will be based on experience, education level, and relevant skillset)

  • Estimated Annual Salary Range based on hours expected and hourly rates: $42,000 $70,000

  • Weekly pay

    Requirements:

  • Active Pennsylvania Special Education Certification for grades 712 or K12

  • Emergency and intern certificates will not be accepted

  • High school experience or experience working with students with autism and/or emotional support needs is preferred

  • Strong collaboration, munication, and classroom management skills
