Job Title: Inbound Customer Service Representative & Outbound Collector Location: Ankeny IA 50021 Duration: 3 months Schedule: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
This is a blended role (Inbound Customer Service + Outbound Collections) focused on:
- Handling delinquent accounts
- Negotiating payments
- Maintaining customer relationships
- Supporting inbound service levels
👉 Success in this role = strong communication + collections mindset + basic technical skills (Excel + typing)
🎯 Must-Have vs Nice-to-Have
✅ Must-Have
- Customer Service experience (call handling – inbound/outbound)
- Collections experience (payment follow-ups, negotiations)
- Typing speed: 40 WPM minimum
- Basic Excel skills (data entry, tracking, filtering)
- Strong communication & conflict resolution
⭐ Nice-to-Have
- SAP (billing / AR / collections modules)
- Experience with DSO / past due metrics
