Job Title: Light Industrial Assembler - 2nd Shift
Job Description
Join our team as an Industrial Assembler and Line Wirer at our Delaware, Ohio facility, specializing in the manufacture of power products. You will assemble large 30x50 foot electrical bins, run various cables throughout these bins, and work with both electrical and mechanical components. This role is part of our efforts to expand our workforce due to new long-term projects.
Responsibilities
- Assemble large electrical bins by installing various electrical and mechanical components.
- Run and connect cables within the electrical bins.
- Utilize hand and power tools to perform assembly tasks.
- Interpret and work from blueprints and technical drawings.
Essential Skills
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of drawings and prints.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to read a tape measure.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in construction or carpentry is a plus.
- Experience in auto mechanics or wiring/cabling is advantageous.
- Experience with mechanical assembly and interpreting blueprints and drawings.

Work Environment
Work in a clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility with approximately 80 colleagues on the production floor. The facility operates on a 2nd shift from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM, with overtime work available. A $1 shift differential is offered for off-shift work.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Delaware, Ohio.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
