Job Description
Currently hiring for Aeration and Seeding Laborers in Williamsburg, VA. As an Aeration and Seeding Laborer your responsibilities include performing lawn care tasks such as aeration, seeding, mowing, and operating aeration machines. Pay is $17 - $18 per hour based on experience and skillset.
Aeration and Seeding Laborer Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Perform lawn care, aeration, seeding, and mowing</li>
<li>Irrigate lawns and gardens to ensure proper hydration</li>
<li>Use hand tools and power tools to apply fertilizer, fungicides, herbicides, aeration, seeding etc. to lawns</li>
<li>Work individually or with a crew to provide services to properties on assigned route</li>
</ul>
Aeration and Seeding LaborerQualifications:
<ul>
<li>Your own reliable transportation</li>
<li>Previous experience in lawn care including aeration and seeding</li>
<li>Ability to operate and maintain various types of equipment and tools</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions</li>
<li>Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions</li>
<li>Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently</li>
<li>Maintain neat and clean appearance and follow PPE safety regulations</li>
