The schedule for this position is a full-time position 2pm - 10pm; Sat - Wed

Case management assistants are responsible for overseeing several clients at a time, ensuring information is accurate, preparing and maintaining case files, and keeping detailed records of available community resources.

Duties and Responsibilities

• File• Verifying individuals' information

• Ensuring referral information is accurate

• Communicating with treatment or counseling programs

• Interviewing new clients

• Developing assistance plans in conjunction with case workers

• Reviewing client progress

• Evaluating the effectiveness of treatment plans in conjunction with supervising case or social workers

• Researching newly available treatment options

Requirements and Qualifications

• Schedule Flexibility
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology or a related field a plus
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Minimum one year experience with a managed care organization,
• Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification required; Medical Assistant Certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office

• General knowledge of employment laws and best practices

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
