Royal Durham Supply, a Style Crest company, is seeking seeking a results-driven HVAC Service Manager to lead and grow our HVAC installation and services team in our Fenton, MO location. This position plays a vital role in managing daily operations, improving processes, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC installers and service technicians, setting clear expectations for productivity, safety, quality, and customer service.
- Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of all installation and service work to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Grow the HVAC business in the Fenton region by identifying opportunities for process improvement, efficiency gains, and enhanced service delivery.
- Support and coach team members—onboarding new hires, upskilling staff, and building a high-performing service culture.
- Champion customer retention and business growth, leveraging existing relationships and promoting the service department to expand our client base.
- Manage inventory for the shop and service vehicles, ensuring proper stock levels and equipment condition.
- Perform quality audits on installations and provide training and coaching to maintain high standards.
- Handle permits, licensing, inspections, and warranty claims; ensure all jobs pass inspection and meet local and state regulations.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external subcontractors to deliver seamless customer experiences.
- Foster a safe, positive, and high-performing work environment through coaching, conflict resolution, and team development.
- Monitor financial and operational metrics, contribute to budget planning, and help set strategic goals for HVAC growth.
- Respond to and resolve customer concerns, ensuring service excellence and loyalty.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of HVAC installation/service experience required; management experience preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation, and service.
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing teams and driving business results.
- Valid driver’s license with satisfactory MVR.
- Proven ability to train, mentor, and develop service technicians and coordinators.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a sharp attention to detail.
- Proficient in service management software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed to meet customer demands.
