Position, Compensation & Organization
- Community-based Hematology/Oncology practice with full-spectrum care
- Competitive compensation ranging from $627,909 to $702,044 based on experience
- Outpatient-focused schedule, Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM
- Approximately 14 patients per day with 2-4 new consults daily
- Call schedule of one week per month, minimal and phone-only
- Well-equipped cancer center with on-site infusion services
- LINAC available for radiation therapy with Radiation Oncology on-site weekly
- Current single-physician practice with future growth potential
- Case mix averages ~60% Hematology / 40% Oncology
- Management of complex cases including AML and post-transplant patients
- Highly experienced NP Director with dedicated nursing and MA support
- Internal Medicine cancer center physician focused on follow-up care
- Multidisciplinary tumor boards accessible virtually with regional partners
- Epic EMR with Abridge AI for in-room note capture
- 28 days PTO, 5 CME days, and $5,000 CME/licensing allowance
