Job DescriptionJob Title: Mechanical Installation Technician
Pay: Up to $24/hr
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM start (8–10 hr shifts)
Duration: 6‑week project
Additional: Occasional Saturdays
Role Summary
We’re hiring Mechanical Installation Technicians for a short‑term project inside a large manufacturing facility. You’ll install chutes, mechanical components, and HMIs using various hand and power tools. This role requires solid mechanical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow blueprints and instructions accurately.
What You’ll Do
- Install mechanical systems, chutes, and HMIs
- Use hand and power tools for daily tasks
- Work with wires, cables, and mechanical parts
- Read and follow blueprints and SOPs
- Perform installations at heights up to 6 ft
- Keep your work area clean and safe
What You Need
- Strong experience with hand and power tools
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and SOPs
- Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills
- Comfortable standing, walking, and doing physical work for long periods
Preferred
- Accurate tape‑measure reading
- Experience in mechanical installation, construction, carpentry, or industrial work
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Experience in fast‑paced mechanical environments

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $24.00/hr.
