Full-Time | $30$38/hr | $2,000$5,000 Sign-On Bonus

CarePath Injury Centers is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Lansdale, PA clinic. This is a full-time, W2 position with guaranteed hours, a consistent weekday schedule, and a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Job Overview

As a Physical Therapist Assistant at CarePath Injury Centers, you will work alongside licensed Physical Therapists and medical providers to deliver high-quality rehabilitation care to patients recovering from motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, and personal injuries. This role is a good fit for someone who is confident in their skills, working with others, and providing exceptional patient care to patients.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $25$35 per hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $2,000$5,000 (paid during first 90 days)
• Employment Type: Full-Time, W2
• Schedule: MondayFriday,No weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic exercises and treatments under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist patients with rehabilitation programs and injury recovery
• Accurately document treatments and patient progress
• Educate patients on exercises and treatment plans
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists and medical providers
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and documentation standards
  
  

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license (required)
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Orthopedic, outpatient, or injury-based experience preferred
