Job DescriptionPosition Overview:
Pharmacy Technician - Central Fill / Warehouse Pharmacy
Maintains pharmacy systems, technology, and inventory to support accurate, compliant prescription fulfillment in a high-volume, automated central fill environment. Monitors medication inventory levels and expiration dates, calibrates and replenishes automated counting equipment, and troubleshoots system or pill cell issues to ensure uninterrupted workflow and data accuracy.
Supports pharmacy operations by receiving, storing, rotating, and restocking pharmaceutical inventory in accordance with FIFO principles and regulatory standards. Performs inventory counts, reports low stock or discrepancies, processes expired or recalled medications, and ensures proper documentation and inventory control through automated tracking systems.
Assists pharmacists in prescription fulfillment by selecting, verifying, labeling, weighing, and packaging medications while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements. Maintains accurate records, completes required reporting and documentation, and supports a safe, organized, and compliant work environment.
Required Qualifications

Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician Registration (no trainee licenses)

Willingness to apply for Minnesota pharmacy technician registration prior to starting the role, as the position involves handling materials and prescriptions originating from the Minnesota facility (Reimbursement for application will be provided)

Ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing for extended periods, and moving pallets
Preferred Qualifications

Certified or Registered Pharmacy Technician experience

Experience in automated or central fill pharmacy environments
