Job DescriptionAccounts Receivable Specialist
Location: Mobile, AL
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $18 per hour, DOE

Ready to put your A/R skills to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment?We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Specialist who’s experienced, organized, and ready to jump in and take ownership of the A/R process. If you thrive on accuracy, deadlines, and delivering great customer service, we want to meet you!
What You'll Be Doing Posting payments to the G/L and applying them to the correct invoices using accounting software
Processing virtual/verbal credit card payments via third-party websites and recording them to the G/L
Imaging customer checks and uploading them to the Bank's imaging system
Handling weekly and monthly billing cycles efficiently and accurately
Managing digital filing systems using Adobe PDF and Microsoft Print to PDF
Using Excel to track, analyze, and report A/R data
Calling on customer accounts that are 90+ days overdue
Maintaining professional phone etiquette and top-notch customer service
Meeting daily deadlines with speed and precision
What We’re Looking For Recent A/R experience (within the last 3 years)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience with customer communications and collections
Comfortable with digital tools and document management systems
Confident using Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently
