Front Desk / Office Coordinator – Pediatric Dental Practice (South Charlotte)
Full-Time | Ballantyne Pediatric Dentistry | In-Office

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Front Desk / Office Coordinator to join our growing pediatric dental practice in the Ballantyne area of Charlotte, NC. This is a unique opportunity for someone with at least 1 year of dental office experience who is ready to take on more responsibility and help our team thrive.

Schedule:

  • Full Time, Monday - Thursday 8AM - 5PM

What You’ll Do

  • Lead daily operations: Oversee scheduling, patient flow, and office systems to keep the practice running smoothly.
  • Support team success: Train, coach, and encourage staff to deliver consistent and exceptional patient experiences.
  • Drive growth: Track reports, monitor performance, and identify opportunities to improve productivity and revenue.
  • Problem-solve: Address challenges with patients, staff, or processes and create solutions that foster long-term success.
  • Enhance patient experience: Ensure every family feels welcomed, cared for, and confident in our services.

What We’re Looking For

  • Dental office experience: Minimum of 1 year (front desk, admin, or management).
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable with scheduling, treatment coordination, and patient communication.
  • Experience reviewing reports, meeting goals, and supporting a team.
  • Knowledge of Dentrix and Dental Intelligence a plus.
  • Positive, professional, and adaptable personality with a passion for pediatric care.
