Compensation:

$120,000 - $225,000 yearly

  • Negotiate and close deals that align with client goals, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge, resources, and strategies for mutual success.
  • Create and manage a robust pipeline of potential clients and properties to drive consistent growth.
  • Conduct property tours and presentations, showcasing the value and potential of commercial spaces.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and local market conditions to offer expert guidance to clients.
