- Must be flexible for shifts that may vary based on department need
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Active RN license with MS Oncology experience
- Proficiency documenting in EMR systems—EPIC highly preferred
- Previous travel or float experience is a plus
- Willingness to float within the same discipline across local campuses
- Excellent communication, adaptability, and teamwork abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver specialized MS Oncology care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team
- Participate in patient assessment, treatment planning, and proactive coordination of care
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold safety standards
- Provide leadership in charge or precepting roles when requested
- Adapt to dynamic patient needs and potentially float between units
