Customer Service Representative I

$22-$24/hour with 401K Matching, Profit Sharing, and Hybrid Flexibility


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to contact for customers, managing orders and inquiries with professionalism and care via email and phone.
  • Enter and process customer orders, ensuring details are complete, correct, and ready for production.
  • Provide timely updates on order status, shipping schedules, and inventory changes, keeping customers informed every step of the way.
  • Maintain precise customer and order records in ERP system to support accuracy, reporting, and seamless communication.
  • Support account managers and sales teams by sharing customer feedback, working to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by suggesting process enhancements that boost efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience providing excellent customer service and entering and managing orders in ERP.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passionate about delivering great customer experience and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent attention to detail with accuracy and efficiency.


Customer Service Representative II

$25-$27/hour with 401K Matching, Profit Sharing, and Hybrid Flexibility


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the trusted customer liaison for key customer accounts, delivering professional and proactive communication via email and phone to develop and strengthen relationships.
  • Manage the accurate entry and processing of complex client orders, ensuring all specifications are complete, current, and aligned with production requirements.
  • Provide customers with timely, detailed updates on order status, shipping timelines, and inventory availability.
  • Maintain and audit customer order data in ERP systems, ensuring accuracy that supports seamless operations, reporting, and decision-making across all accounts.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction throughout the ordering process.


Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience providing customer service and entering and managing orders in ERP.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Able to handle complex customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction through great customer service.
  • Attention to detail and ability to check work for accuracy and correctness.
