B&A Property Maintenance is looking for a dynamic Field Operations Manager who can continue to build on the legacy the company has established in Arkansas for over 20 years.


The Field Ops Manager will lead daily operations, support field crews, and ensure our sites meet the highest standards. Experience working in the field and a strong operational background in the exterior service industry is required.

  • Must have clean and safe driving record.

B&A was founded in 2001 and has grown from a single-man operation to over 40 people serving the commercial exterior service needs of clients across Arkansas and surrounding states. We currently work from two primary locations, Greenbrier and Springdale, AR. The vision of B&A is to become the one-stop shop for managers who want to “set and forget” the regular maintenance of their properties.


Each teammate of the company has varying levels of responsibility.

TIME: Our service is measured by time and quality. Managing time well is everyone’s primary responsibility.

The Field Ops Manager's frame of mind is set on a 1 week to 2-month horizon. While the daily tasks and responsibilities

are always there, the Field Ops Manager is a manager who has his/her eyes set further out into the horizon,

making sure that today’s actions build up to accomplish tomorrow’s goals.


PEOPLE: All service is done by the combination of People and Assets. Serving People is our highest calling. The

Field Ops Manager manages many operations and people of the branch.


ASSETS: Assets, well-handled by the People, help us get the job done. The Field Ops Manager manages the

efficient and safe use of the assets in the region, keeps the equipment in good repair, and recommends new

investments wisely.


BUDGET: The Field Ops Manager makes budgetary decisions up to a clearly defined and agreed upon level, depending on tenure and experience.


Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary, commensurate with experience, plus an annual performance bonus.

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time In person (M-F / 8-hour shift). Weekends and extended hours as necessary.

  • Oversee and work alongside field teams to ensure safety, efficiency, and quality work
  • Coordinate scheduling, equipment, and materials
  • Support training and development of crew leaders and technicians
  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
  • Monitor job performance and identify opportunities for improvement
