Responsibilities:

Mutual Abstract, Inc. is a centrally-located title insurance agency service provider in Bucks County,,serving Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Title Processor located in Lower Southampton. The Title Processor will be responsible for managing title clearing and processing. Additional tasks include document retrieval, recording, and producing title insurance policies. The role involves close interaction with clients to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all title and closing documents.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Escrow processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with high volume of documents
• Knowledge of title insurance industry and processes is a plus
• Proficiency with title insurance software and tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment

Requirements:

• 3-5 years experience with Pennsylvania and New Jersey Title
• Excellent oral communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal staff and external customers
• Detail oriented
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary internal and external customer service
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
• Knowledge of basic computer programs to include Windows, Microsoft Word and Excel, Internet and Microsoft Outlook
