Job Description
Patient Services Associate | No Healthcare Experience Required
You've spent years delivering a premium experience for clients who expect the best. You know how to run a smooth appointment, stay composed under pressure, and hold a high standard session after session. Now use those skills where they pay what you’re worth.
Serenity operates structured, appointment-based treatment programs using advanced technology. We're not looking for a clinical background; we're looking for professionals who know what exceptional client service actually looks like and can execute it consistently, every single day.
Training is 100% provided. Your service background is the qualification.
Key Responsibilities
This is a structured, schedule-driven role. You'll manage a predictable daily caseload of recurring clients, using specialized equipment, and own the experience from check-in to session close.
- Build relationships with clients to maximize achieved outcomes
- Welcome clients, orient them to their session, and maintain a calm, professional presence throughout
- Operate proprietary treatment technology according to step-by-step clinical protocols (full paid training)
- Document session notes and update client records accurately after each appointment
- Maximize client retention rates so they complete the full course of treatment
- Maintain a clean, organized, consistent environment that clients depend on
No two clients are the same. Your standards always are.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a premium client-facing or customer service role such as luxury retail, hospitality, wellness, spa, country clubs & memberships, etc…
- A service standard that holds regardless of how your day is going
- Professional composure to redirect client energy in a productive direction
- Strong attention to detail; following a process and documenting it accurately
- Reliable attendance; your clients schedule their day around you showing up
Compensation & Benefits
- $23–$30/hr - A meaningful step up from most hospitality and retail pay
- 90% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision starting on day one
- 10 PTO days (increases to 15 after year one) + 10 paid holidays
- 401(k) retirement program
- Paid training: We invest in getting you fully certified before you ever see a client
