Location: Plymouth, MN (Bass Creek) – Supporting our client's premier powersports vehicle rental and membership network.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Onsite Tues/Wed/Thur during training; Onsite Thur post-training)
Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of extension)Schedule & Compensation
Standard Shift: Thursday – Sunday | 4 Days, 10-Hour Shifts (8:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
- Training (Week 1): Tues–Fri, 8-hour days
- Training (Week 2): Mon–Fri, 8-hour days
- Pay Rate: $24.00/hr base
- Weekend Differential: $1.00/hr increase for Saturday & Sunday shifts ($25.00/hr)
Job Summary
As a member of the Service and Operations Support Team, the Adventures Support Representative (ASR) – Tier 1 serves as the primary point of contact for our network of independent business partners and club members. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences by providing first-line support for a world-class outdoor adventure program.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Partner Support (B2B): Act as the first point of contact for independent outfitters via CRM and phone. Provide ad-hoc training on digital tools, check-in/out processes, insurance, and program policies.
- Member Support (B2C): Provide a premium experience for members of our vehicle subscription program. Resolve issues, facilitate reservations, and maintain accurate booking data.
- Technical Navigation: Utilize various internal systems to problem-solve partner and member concerns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Regional Account Managers to build long-term relationships and escalate unique situations to leadership as needed.
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries and hand off potential leads to the Sales team.
Skills, Knowledge, & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience: Proven background in B2B and B2C customer service.
- Communication: Superior verbal and written communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Problem Solving: High initiative with the ability to negotiate challenges and remove barriers for the customer.
- Detail Oriented: Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow and improve complex process flows.
- Flexibility: Must be able to work the scheduled night/weekend rotation.
