Quality Enclosures is the Northeast's leading manufacturer of custom shower enclosures and flat glass products. We're growing and looking for a motivated Order Entry Associate to join our Engineering team in Central Islip, NY.

What You'll Do
<ul>
<li>Enter customer quotes and orders into our system</li>
<li>Review orders for accuracy and completeness</li>
<li>Communicate with customers by phone and email</li>
<li>Work closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams</li>
<li>Help keep orders moving smoothly from entry to production</li>
</ul>
What We're Looking For
<ul>
<li>Strong attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Excellent communication and organizational skills</li>
<li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>
<li>Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word)</li>
<li>Previous order entry, administrative, customer service, or manufacturing experience is a plus</li>
