DISPATCHER RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Answering internal and customer service calls.
· Service call monitoring & service calls assignment in system & via phone to technician if required.
· Take, record, and prioritize customer calls for service requests. (Set priority on emergency and non-emergency calls)
· Generate work orders & maintain records / bids info / invoices of on-duty technicians and/ or subcontractors.
· Follow-up & keep track of on-going service calls that require more than (1) visit until completed.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
· Great organizational skills.
· Excellent communication skills in both English & Spanish is a must.
· Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, maintenance instructions & city regulations.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
· Salary:
37k PLUS One MONTH Bonus as Christmas
