- Manage all inbound/outbound materials, tools, and equipment
- Maintain accurate inventory and ensure proper tracking in our systems
- Oversee ordering, stocking, and returns with vendors & suppliers
- Ensure safety protocols and cleanliness standards are always met
- Make sure technicians have what they need, when they need it
- Coordinate fleet management — tracking vehicle maintenance, scheduling service, monitoring inspections, and ensuring trucks are clean, stocked, and compliant
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and save costs
What It Takes to Be the Best
- 3+ years warehouse or logistics experience
- Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical knowledge is ideal
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
