Role snapshot

  • Assemble airframe structures and systems per specifications, manuals, and engineering prints.
  • Run detailed inspections on components and assemblies to verify compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical faults; perform repairs and adjustments as needed.
  • Partner with teammates to refine assembly methods and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Record all work performed and materials used with accuracy and clarity.
  • Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
  • Participate in continuous training to stay current with tools, techniques, and industry practices.

What you’ll need

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in aviation maintenance preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in aircraft assembly, aircraft maintenance, or related mechanical work.
  • Working knowledge of aircraft systems and major components.
  • Proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
  • Sharp problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
