Role snapshot
- Assemble airframe structures and systems per specifications, manuals, and engineering prints.
- Run detailed inspections on components and assemblies to verify compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot mechanical faults; perform repairs and adjustments as needed.
- Partner with teammates to refine assembly methods and eliminate inefficiencies.
- Record all work performed and materials used with accuracy and clarity.
- Follow all safety procedures to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Participate in continuous training to stay current with tools, techniques, and industry practices.
What you’ll need
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in aviation maintenance preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in aircraft assembly, aircraft maintenance, or related mechanical work.
- Working knowledge of aircraft systems and major components.
- Proficiency reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.
- Sharp problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills and collaborative mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed.
