Our client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a dedicated team supporting customer needs and enhancing their experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong problem-solving ability, and a customer-focused mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Morganton, NC

Pay Range: $48,000 - $ 57,000/year

Shift: 1st

What's the Job?

  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide accurate information.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery.
  • Receive, process, and track assigned orders to scheduling through the plant and the customer.

What's Needed?

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
  • Experience in customer service or related fields is preferred.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software.
  • Amtech/Axiom software experience preferred (not required).
