Responsibilities

  • Drive sales by proactively contacting potential clients via a phone operating system

  • Qualify leads and connect them with our licensed sales team

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve goals (and celebrate those achievements!)

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions

  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development


Requirements

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges

  • Comfortable with outbound calling and lead generation

  • Confident in negotiation and conversational skills

  • Previous sales, customer service, or industry experience is a plus, but not required

  • Must be able to obtain an Oregon insurance license (or provide verification if already licensed)
