Your Impact

As a Catering associate, you play a pivotal role in creating memorable experiences for our customers and fostering a positive work environment for your co-workers. What you will do:

  • CaterTrax Program: Proficiency with CaterTrax, a comprehensive catering management software that streamlines operations, from order management to invoicing and reporting.
  • Production: must be able to prep items, some knowledge of baking, cooking and participation with washing dishes.
  • Independent Functioning: Ability to work effectively under limited supervision and thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Professional Presentation: Present yourself in a pleasant and professional manner, fostering a collaborative team environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral communication, diplomacy, and human relation skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Customer Service: Deliver friendly and efficient customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Computer Literacy: Familiarity with personal computer operations and the ability to use various software programs effectively.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work well within a team, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.
  • Dishwashing: Competence in cleaning dishes and kitchen equipment, maintaining hygiene standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Walk and stand during the entire shift if needed
  • Ability to interact and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, team members and guests
  • ServSafe® Certification and State Food Handlers Card
  • Successful candidates must meet eligibility criteria, including the ability to undergo and successfully complete a criminal background check and drug screen in accordance with applicable State laws and regulations.
  • Ability to provide documents for work authorization. We utilize E-Verify, an online system that allows us to confirm the eligibility of our employees to work in the United States.
  • High School Diploma/GED


Physical and Sensory Requirements

Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during meal preparation and service. Lifting boxes, up to 25 pounds. Pushing/Pulling Food Hot Boxes up to 50 pounds. Bending and stooping for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for the use of kitchen utensils and tools. Visual acuity for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing ability to respond to verbal communications. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures. Taste and Smell to assess food quality, freshness, and adherence to dietary requirements. Ability to distinguish colors for food presentation.
