Sunbelt Staffing is looking for two skilled Home Health Registered Nurses to join our team for a 13-week contract assignment. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide care in a home health setting and cover various territories throughout the region.
Position Details:
<ul>
<li>Position Title: Registered Nurse </li>
<li>Contract Length: 13 weeks </li>
<li>Schedule: Monday Friday, 8am 5pm </li>
<li>Weekend Rotation: Participation may vary based on staffing. </li>
<li>On Call: Participation may vary based on staffing. </li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Travel approximately 150-250 miles per week within assigned territories. </li>
<li>Meet a minimum productivity of 30 points per week. </li>
<li>Document patient care using HCHB EMR system. </li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Must have experience in home health </li>
<li>Hospice experience required </li>
<li>Ability to work across multiple territories as needed. </li>
