What You'll Be Doing
Every day brings something different. You will:
- Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation issues.
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, motors, sensors, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance that keeps our plant running efficiently.
- Install, modify, and improve production equipment.
- Support automation projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain boilers, utilities, wastewater equipment, and facility systems.
- Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings.
- Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Sanitation teams to solve equipment challenges.
- Mentor developing technicians and share your knowledge.
- Help create permanent solutions instead of temporary fixes.

Preferred Experience
Experience with some or all of the following:
- PLC troubleshooting
- Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)
- Industrial electrical systems
- Mechanical maintenance
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Welding and fabrication
- Motors, conveyors, pumps, and gearboxes
- Industrial automation
- Food manufacturing (preferred but not required)
- HVAC, boilers, plumbing, or facility maintenance

Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Stand and walk for extended periods on concrete floors
- Bend, kneel, climb, and work safely around industrial equipment
- Work in varying temperatures typical of a food manufacturing environment
