Behavior Technician (ABA Services)

Orchard Learning & Behavior Services - Wildwood, MO and Chesterfield, MO

Orchard Learning & Behavior Services is seeking motivated and compassionate Behavior Technicians to deliver high-quality ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy to children with autism and related developmental challenges.


Work Location: In person - Wildwood, MO and Chesterfield, MO

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:15 AM-3:45 PM


Position Overview

The Behavior Technician is responsible for implementing ABA treatment plans designed by supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Services are provided in clinic-based settings.

Compensation & Employment Type

  • Hourly rate: $17-$20/hour, commensurate with experience
  • Performance-based raises
  • Full-time roles include PTO and comprehensive benefits

Essential Functions

  • Implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs in a structured, 1:1 setting
  • Follow written teaching protocols and behavior plans
  • Collect session data and write daily notes
  • Attend required meetings, supervision, and trainings
  • Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards and company policies
  • Accept and apply feedback from supervisors

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

Skills & Competencies

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Able to analyze data and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Being agile to be able to play with and support kids
