Production Team Member (Immediate Openings)

Wabash Plastics, Inc. – Evansville, IN

Starting Pay: Up to $20.93/hr (Includes shift premium)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday – Friday (8-hour shifts, 24/5 operation)

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

As a core member of our production team, your attention to detail keeps our manufacturing process running smoothly and efficiently.

• Operate & Monitor: Run injection molding machinery and equipment safely to produce high-quality products.
• Quality Control: Perform regular visual checks to identify, catch, and address any defects before products ship.
• Finish the Job: Assist with the assembly, packaging, and labeling of finished goods based on order specifications.
• Teamwork & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized workspace and collaborate with team members to hit shift production targets.

What It Takes (Qualifications)

• Schedule Flexibility: Ability to work any 8-hour shift and open to overtime to meet production demands.
• Skills: Good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English.
• Experience: Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus but not required—we will fully train the right dedicated individual!
