Job Description

What We’re Looking for in a Senior Project Manager

This role is built for someone who can lead projects, own outcomes, and drive jobs forward without needing to be micromanaged.

You understand that being a great Project Manager is not just about schedules and budgets. It is about communication, ownership, problem-solving, and making sure the customer feels taken care of from start to finish.

You know that every project has moving parts. Customers, subcontractors, internal teams, insurance carriers, selections, materials, schedules, budgets, and unexpected issues. Your job is to bring clarity to the chaos and keep the project moving forward.

Picture this:

Every day, you come to work in a place that trusts you to lead.

You are given responsibility because you have earned it. You know how to manage multiple projects at once, communicate clearly, make decisions, and get results.

You care about the customer on the other end of the phone or email. You understand that their project matters to them, and you take pride in making the process as smooth as possible.

You are not waiting for someone else to solve the problem. You are the person who sees the issue, owns it, communicates it, and pushes it toward resolution.

You are respected because you bring professionalism, urgency, and accountability to the role every day.

You’ll know this job is for you if:

  • You take ownership of your projects from start to finish
  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple jobs without dropping details
  • You communicate clearly with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and internal team members
  • You understand that schedules, budgets, documentation, and follow-through matter
  • You are comfortable making decisions and solving problems in real time
  • You do not wait to be told what to do next
  • You take pride in creating a great customer experience
  • You understand that the behind-the-scenes work is what keeps projects profitable and on track
  • You want to be part of a company that values excellence, accountability, and growth

If that sounds like you, you may be exactly who we are looking for.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $110,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of Interior and/or Exterior Project Manager experience
  • Strong knowledge of building materials and construction processes
  • Experience with DASH and DocuSketch preferred
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Comfortable working independently and operating autonomously
  • Self-starter who executes tasks on time with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong self-awareness and willingness to speak up when support is needed
  • Problem-solver who takes ownership, looks for answers, and works through challenges before escalating them

Qualifications:

Now, let’s talk more about the job

  • You’re fired up about our mission: Creating the standard in property restoration by restoring more than just homes.
  • You need to nail down the details: You don’t need to race through work and get things done subpar (that’s the exact opposite mindset we need). I need you to have an eye for the bigger picture + how things fit together and be able to nail the details that match and get them done efficiently.
  • You are meticulous in your work. We’re looking for someone who understands the difference between efficiency and productivity.
  • You share our company values. All of which can be found here. We encourage you to apply if you share those values.

In short, your job is to help us in any way you can drive our mission forward + continue to improve the experience and results for clients. And to have fun at work, lots of fun (who wants a job that isn’t fun?!?)

But what we don’t expect is perfection for you to qualify for this job. Tools are teachable, but we do expect you to have a solid understanding of the restoration industry and a keen interest in restoring homes. We expect intelligence, energy, organization, resourcefulness, and a get-it-done attitude.

What does success look like in this role?

  • Proactive communication with customers.
  • Completing projects on time.
  • Maintaining set profit margins.
  • Learn all of our programs, lessons, strategies, policies, and decision-making processes so you can give expert feedback and support.

We offer:

  • The rate for this role will be $80,000-$110,000 to start, with room to grow as you grow and add more value to the company and our customers.
  • This is a full-time job, and the company benefits include: 100% paid health insurance, paid time off, 401(k)/Simple IRA, and paid training.
