The Home Care Supervisor III is responsible for overseeing and optimizing Envida’s home care operations while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, including Colorado PASA, HCPF, and CDPHE requirements. This position provides high-level supervision of home care staff and serves as a key liaison among clients, caregivers, internal teams, and community partners. The role supports quality assurance, EVV oversight, payroll and billing accuracy, audit readiness, staff development, and strategic growth initiatives to ensure high-quality client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise home care attendants, float staff, and administrative support
- Manage caseloads and staffing to ensure continuity of care
- Ensure compliance with PASA, HCPF, CDPHE, and other regulations
- Serve as a key contact for audits, surveys, and reviews
- Oversee EVV compliance (Sandata), documentation, payroll, and billing accuracy
- Partner with Finance to resolve payroll and billing discrepancies
- Oversee onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management
- Address client and caregiver concerns and support retention
- Support growth initiatives, outreach, and service expansion
- Maintain reporting, documentation, and participate in on-call rotation
Requirements:
· Associate or bachelor’s degree in healthcare, Business, Human Services, or related field preferred; equivalent experience
· Active Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) preferred
· Current CPR certification preferred
· Minimum 2 years of home care or HCBS experience
· Minimum 2 years of administrative or operational experience
· Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
· Experience supporting audits, surveys, or compliance reviews preferred
