The Role
As a Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between project management, data analysis, and governance team. You will be responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights, maintaining rigorous documentation, and refining the Agile workflows that keep our global projects on track.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Operations: Support project management tasks, track deliverables, and manage comprehensive project documentation, meeting minutes, and timelines.
- Governance & Onboarding: Assist in implementing governance frameworks and contribute to the development of onboarding tools and portals for new hires and contractors.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Collect and analyze project-related data to generate structured insights. Build dashboards and scorecards to assess team performance and enterprise visibility.
- Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives and collaborate across teams to refine Agile/Safe Agile methodologies and workflows.
- Documentation & SOPs: Document business needs and maintain updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Analyze the impact of new processes on operations and compliance.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage communication and reporting in coordination with Project Managers to ensure delivery readiness.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 7+ years in a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Project Analyst role.
Technical Expertise:
- Advanced Excel: (XLOOKUP, Power Query, PivotTables, Macros, and Dashboard building).
- Data Tools: Hands-on experience with SQL, Python, HQL, or SAS for data processing.
- Agile Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Rally, and Defect Management.
- Visualization: Familiarity with Tableau and Big Data platforms (GCP, Cornerstone).
- Domain Knowledge: Experience in Consulting, Change Management, or Internal Process Transformation is essential. Experience in the Travel domain is a strong plus.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent written/verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
