Key Responsibilities:

- Safely operate company vans and transport residents within designated routes and schedules

- Assist residents with boarding and disembarking, ensuring their comfort and safety

- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of the vehicle

- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations at all times

- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, and any incidents

- Communicate effectively with team members and residents to coordinate transportation needs

- Report any vehicle issues or safety concerns promptly to management

Requirements:

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

- Must be able to pass a drug test upon hire (Safety Sensitive Position Guidelines Apply)

- Proven experience as a van or delivery driver preferred

- Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to assist residents with mobility and provide compassionate service

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends if required

- Willingness to complete the 120-hour PA Nurse Aide Training Program (Company Paid)

- Physical ability to assist with loading/unloading residents
