Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to provide specialized support for a K-12 student caseload in an on-site school setting. This full-time, contract position offers a rewarding opportunity to enhance the educational experience and developmental progress of children by focusing on fine motor skills and comprehensive occupational therapy services.
Location: Fresno, CA
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 30 hours per week (full-time)
Work Setting: On-site only (school environment)
Caseload: K-12 students

- Proven expertise in occupational therapy within school settings
- Experience in home health and healthcare occupational therapy highly valued
- Strong skills in assessing and implementing interventions for fine motor skills
- Ability to manage and support a diverse caseload of students across K-12 grades
- Collaborative approach to working with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals
Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of students occupational needs related to educational performance
- Designing and delivering individualized therapy interventions to support fine motor development and overall functional abilities
- Collaborating with teachers and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation
