Responsibilities:

• Process payroll efficiently and ensure timely distribution to employees.

• Administer payroll services, including taxes, deductions, and garnishments.

• Maintain accurate payroll records and update employee information as needed.

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

• Address employee inquiries regarding payroll and resolve issues promptly.

• Collaborate with Human Resources to align payroll processes with organizational policies.

• Utilize payroll software and tools, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.

• Support audits and reporting requirements related to payroll.

• Assist with payroll-related tasks in the agriculture industry when necessary.


• Demonstrated experience in payroll administration and processing.
• Proficiency in payroll services, including handling taxes and garnishments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under deadlines.
• Familiarity with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of Famous software is a plus.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage sensitive information.
• Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of payroll experience.
• Background in Human Resources or the agriculture industry is preferred.
