A well-established Property Management and Commercial Construction firm based in Norfolk, VA is seeking an experienced Finish Carpenter to join our professional team. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong background in finish carpentry who is capable of working independently and collaboratively under the direction of project superintendents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and execute construction drawings with precision
- Perform high-quality finish carpentry work across a range of residential and commercial projects
- Collaborate effectively with superintendents and project teams
- Maintain professionalism and a strong work ethic on job sites
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in finish carpentry
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
Compensation & Benefits:
- Standard working hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Occasional weekend overtime opportunities available
