Duties & Responsibilities:
· Sending out contracts to brand new clients and following up with them until contracts have been signed and returned.
· Sending and responding to 5-Star Google review requests.
. Assisting with live chats
· Monitoring and responding to email campaign responses from potential clients.
· Entering new leads into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database.
· Assisting with overflow calls from prospective and existing clients when needed.
· Entering new clients into routing software systems for Shredding and Medical Waste
. Answering Scheduling questions for existing clients
. Assisting with client questions and concerns
. Tracking sales metrics
. Any additional tasks that lead or director of operations assigns.
