Job Description
We’re hiring a Civil Project Manager to lead residential land development design projects from concept through permitting. This is a hands-on civil design PM role—not a general construction PM position.
What You’ll Do

<li>Manage residential civil design projects from concept through approvals</li>
<li>Coordinate grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design plans</li>
<li>Work closely with engineers, designers, and reviewing agencies</li>
<li>Track schedules, deliverables, and design milestones</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements</li>
</ul>
Requirements
<ul>
<li>Direct experience managing residential civil engineering design projects</li>
<li>Strong understanding of land development, site design, and permitting</li>
<li>Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary design teams</li>
<li>Organized, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven communication</li>
