RN – Labor & Delivery | South Dakota
Shift:
- 12hr variable (days/nights, 0630–1830)
- Every other weekend
Unit:
- 10 L&D beds | Level III NICU
- High-risk + low-risk patients
Requirements:
- 2+ years L&D (Level III preferred)
- BLS, NRP (ACLS preferred)
- EPIC experience preferred
- Must be comfortable with couplet care + newborns
Experience Needed:
- High-acuity labor (preeclampsia, preterm, <35 weeks)
- C-sections (circulate & recovery)
- IV starts, meds (mag, insulin, blood), fetal monitoring
Ratios:
- Active labor 1:1 | Inactive 1:2 | Antepartum 1:3 | Postpartum 1:3
Schedule/Other:
- No call | Holidays as needed
- 4-day orientation
- Free parking
