W2 Contract initially approved till 07/26/2028
Pay Rate: $25/hour
Work Hours: 1st shift position – 8 am to 4:

30 pm – Possible overtime
Location: 767 N. Eustis St. Suite 120 St. Paul, MN 55114

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for managing and executing all logistics operations supporting a hardware production program, including shipping/receiving, fulfilment, import/export compliance, and inventory control. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across engineering, production, and external partners to ensure timely and compliant movement of materials and finished goods. The individual will support production schedules by ensuring material availability, accurate inventory tracking, and efficient fulfilment of customer and internal orders. This position plays a key role in maintaining compliance with domestic and international shipping regulations while driving continuous improvement in logistics processes.

Responsibilities:
• Manage domestic and international shipping, receiving, fulfilment, and reverse logistics activities, including preparation of shipping documentation, coordination with carriers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers, and compliance with applicable import/export regulations.
• Oversee inventory control processes by maintaining accurate records in ERP/MRP systems, conducting cycle counts, reconciling discrepancies, and ensuring material availability to support production schedules.
• Test incoming components through assembly, programming, configuration, and functional validation to verify compliance with quality, performance, and company specifications prior to release for inventory or production.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve testing procedures, inspection criteria, quality standards, SOPs, and logistics processes to support operational efficiency and product reliability.
• Investigate defects, non-conformances, shipment issues, and inventory discrepancies, leading root-cause analysis and corrective actions with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, supply chain, vendors, and suppliers to address quality concerns, improve product performance, and ensure compliance with established standards and expectations. Public
• Monitor vendor quality metrics, test results, inventory status, freight costs, delivery performance, and shipment tracking, providing regular reporting and recommendations for process improvements.
• Manage the disposition of inventory and tested components, including approval, quarantine, rejection, RMA processing, repairs, and the proper handling and packaging of sensitive electro-mechanical assemblies

Requirements:
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Manager is open to recent grad candidates.
• 2–5 years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse operations (hardware/manufacturing environment preferred).
• Experience with inventory management systems (ERP/MRP such as SAP, NetSuite, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with domestic and international shipping regulations is a plus

Interview Process:
• First round: Interviews conducted via Microsoft Teams (virtual).
• Second round: In-person interviews; candidates must be willing to go onsite.
Work Location: Position starts onsite immediately.
